Only one way to heaven…

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)

Good works cannot save you...

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

    A. Admit you’re a sinner and you need a Savior

• "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" (Romans 3:23)
• When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned. (Romans 5:12)
• If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us (1 John 1:10)

    B. Believe that Christ Jesus is your personal Savior...

• "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
• But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. (Romans 5:8)
• That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

    C. Commit your life to a growing relationship with Jesus...

• For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10)
• For "whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)

What to pray:

Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I admit that I need a Savior. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood, died for my sin and is my Savior. I commit my life to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior.

Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— (John 1:12)

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
